Personality snapshot

Imagination tends to outrun routine among Mexico’s respondents. They are more Intuitive than most countries, and Diplomats are more common than average. Surprisingly, ENTJs (Commanders) appear 19% more often than in the average country, so idealism here comes with a bold, goal-driven streak. Sentinels are scarce by comparison – fewer than one in ten test-takers – and ISFJs (Defenders) are far less common than elsewhere.

About the country

Mexico stretches between the Pacific Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico, from the deserts of the north to the rainforests and cenotes – water-filled limestone sinkholes – of the Yucatán Peninsula. Mountain ranges frame a high central plateau, where Mexico City stands on the site of the Aztec capital, Tenochtitlan. Corn, chili peppers, and chocolate all have roots here. Every winter, millions of monarch butterflies fly thousands of kilometers to rest in the fir forests west of the capital.
