Personality snapshot

Introverted and Turbulent traits rarely run this high. Test-takers here rank second for both among all ranked countries. That points to people who recharge alone, feel stress keenly, and push themselves to do better.

They also lean Prospecting much more than most countries, keeping their plans open, and lean Feeling more than most. ISFPs (Adventurers) appear 46% more often than in the average country, while ESTJs (Executives) turn up far less often than usual.

About the country

The Maldives is a chain of about 1,200 coral islands scattered across the Indian Ocean southwest of Sri Lanka, grouped into 26 rings of reef called atolls. The English word “atoll” itself comes from the local language, Dhivehi. No country on Earth sits lower – most land rises barely a meter or two above the sea. Its reefs draw hundreds of manta rays to Hanifaru Bay, and breakfast often means mas huni, a mix of tuna, coconut, onion, and chili.
