Personality snapshot

Bold, hands-on ESTPs (Entrepreneurs) are the standout – they turn up 45% more often than in the average country. Explorers make up about one in five respondents. Sentinels are scarcer than usual, and ISTJs (Logisticians) are noticeably less common.

On the trait scales, though, the picture is close to average. Test-takers lean Intuitive, Turbulent, and slightly Introverted, with Thinking and Feeling almost evenly matched. Next to the average country, they tilt only slightly toward the Extraverted, Observant, Prospecting, and Assertive ends – small shifts, but ones that fit the standout ESTPs.

About the country

Bahrain is an archipelago of low islands in the Gulf, linked to Saudi Arabia by the 25-kilometer King Fahd Causeway. Its name means “two seas” in Arabic, and freshwater springs once bubbled up from the seabed. Thousands of ancient burial mounds recall the Dilmun civilization, and the country’s pearling history, from offshore oyster beds to merchants’ houses in Muharraq, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In 2004, Sakhir hosted the Middle East’s first Formula One Grand Prix.
