Personality snapshot

Introversion is the headline here. Respondents are the most Introverted of all 108 ranked countries, far more so than the average country. The type mix reflects this. Quieter personality types like ISFJs (Defenders) and INFJs (Advocates) appear more often than usual, while outgoing ESTJs (Executives) are far less common. Test-takers also rank among the most Turbulent, so many hold themselves to high standards and feel stress keenly.

About the country

Trinidad and Tobago is the southernmost island nation in the Caribbean, and Trinidad, the larger island, lies just off the coast of Venezuela. The forested Northern Range runs along Trinidad’s north coast, while smaller Tobago is fringed by coral reefs. At La Brea, Pitch Lake holds the world’s largest natural deposit of asphalt. The steelpan, hammered from oil drums, was invented here, and the islands are the birthplace of calypso and soca music.
