This makes total sense. I am 72% Prospecting and I can't focus on one project for a super long time, so I get bored and do something else. But then I get distracted again... It goes on and on. Kinda annoying, especially when you're an author working on like 12 stories at a time.

I'm Prospecting and I don't take well to authority. I love the idea of freedom. I can not make a plan and stick to it unless there's someone there to make me. I usually go with the flow and do whatever seems right at the moment.

I wonder if Turbulence effects prospecting. I am 72% prospecting. I don't like giving orders because I like to give people freedom, but I don't like to take orders either unless I have flexibility in what I do because I need control and structure - for myself, but at the same time I hate being forced to be in a structure because I hate being forced to do something without me saying I want to do it. My life is weird, I know.

I'm Turbulent and Prospecting and I also don't like to give out orders, and for the same reasons as you I think it might be a Prospecting thing because since Prospecting individuals need more freedom, when they're giving out orders, they'll happily give out the freedom needed. Also because Assertiveness/Turbulence affects confidence in abilities and decisions. But I could be wrong.
